Bought and paid on 1/30, here is it 2/20 and I still have to wait additional time for Ebay to work on a refund even though the last "deliver by" date is passed and the item hasn't even been shipped yet. Horrible experience. I see the seller has another one of this exact item listed for sale again...interesting.
